Our theme this year is centered on the importance of collaboration for sustainability. To continue the conversation and action steps towards having a more inclusive representation of women in all sectors, especially in leadership roles and entrepreneurship and to encourage women to support one another. We are also highlighting the fact that when one woman wins it gives others the permission and the belief that it is possible for HER to also win
The ELOY Conference is set to hold in Lagos on Friday the 26th of November and the ELOY Awards is set to hold after the conference on the same day.
