Collaboration for Sustainable Empowerment  – When She Wins, You Win

Our theme this year is to continue the conversation and action steps towards having a more inclusive representation of women in all sectors, especially in leadership roles and to encourage women to support one another. We are also highlighting the fact that when one woman wins it gives others the permission and the belief that it is possible for HER to also win.
